Kevin Oden is the Chief Executive Officer at Enth Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm he and four others founded to solve small business’ big problems. He is in charge of managing and developing the organization. Before Enth Solutions, Kevin worked for Lucidity Consulting where he was responsible for training employees and implementing the business process solutions he and his team members designed.
Kevin’s greatest strengths are his drive, leadership, and patience. He thrives on new challenges, particularly those that require an innovative solution. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and he is currently working on his Masters in Business Administration from the Walton College of Business. While pursuing his MBA, he is interning at SVI, LLC, an organizational development company that focuses on executive leadership.
